Solitoniq is developed and operated by TinyChain, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas. This policy covers the Solitoniq landing page and signup form.

Information and use

When you sign up, we use your email address to manage your interest in Solitoniq and contact you about its development and availability. Our hosting services may also record technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and secure the site.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this page. We do not track visitors across other websites, so Do Not Track signals do not change its behavior.

Access and retention

We store signups in a private Google spreadsheet. Authorized personnel and hosting, storage, email-delivery, and mailbox providers may process this information for these purposes. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising or unrelated product promotions. We may disclose information when required by law.

We retain signup information while needed for the updates you requested or legal obligations. If you opt out, we may keep a limited suppression record to avoid contacting you again.

Your choices

To stop updates, request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask a privacy question, email hello@tinychain.net. You can also reply to an update to opt out. We honor marketing opt-outs within 10 business days. If we decline another request, you may reply asking us to review the decision.

We will post changes here with a revised effective date and notify affected subscribers of material changes by email.
